This morning, at 9:05 a.m. to 11:10 a.m., and from 16:25am to 17:20 there was a disruption. An outage occurred due to a defective routing engine on the Juniper core router. We were in the middle of investigating the first incident. The defective unit was switched off and switched to the second one. Two additional replacement routers have also been in preparation since this morning.

All systems are now online again. We apologize for the inconvenience and are continuing to work hard to ensure greater stability in the future and avoid disruptions of this kind issues.
