Dear Customers,
Our upstream carrier has informed us of scheduled large-scale fibre infrastructure maintenance that may impact connectivity at our Frankfurt Interwerk data center.
Maintenance window:
Start: Monday, October 5, 2026 at 22:00 CEST
End: Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at approximately 06:00 CEST
Duration: Up to 8 hours
Due to maintenance affecting the carrier’s underlying fibre infrastructure, connectivity to our Frankfurt Interwerk location may be interrupted during this window. As the carrier cannot currently confirm the exact fibre routes that will be affected, we must prepare for the possibility of a temporary complete loss of connectivity at this location.
Affected network: 103.167.235.0/24
This maintenance affects only our Frankfurt Interwerk data center. All other AlbHost data center locations and networks are not affected.
We will monitor the maintenance closely and provide further updates if necessary.
Thank you for your understanding.
AlbHost Team
